BRAINSTORMING 

Hello guys, today I would like to share about brainstorming. Brainstorming is a situation where a group of people meet to generate new ideas and solutions around a specific domain of interest by removing inhibitions. People are able to think more freely and they suggest many spontaneous new ideas as possible.

 

  Advantages 

1) Allow unconventional ideas.

- Look at the problem from new perspective and suspend assumption- new ways of thinking may     provide better solutions.

2) List every idea.

- The person noting the ideas should not be a censor and should capture the ideas that the originator finds acceptable.

3) Go for quantity and accept everything.

- The greater the number of ideas generated, the greater the chance of producing a radical and effective solutions.

   

    Disadvantages

1) Without strict control or leader present, the group may take a long time to get the solution.

2) Group with a large members will not effective.

3) People with high emotion are not allowed.
